• You will work closely with Account Executives to deeply understand the customer's unique business goals and challenges throughout the sales cycle.
• You will develop and drive a multi-cloud point-of-view that aligns with the strategic vision of the account, navigating operating units and client decision-makers.
• You will clearly articulate the benefits and competitive differentiation of Salesforce solutions to customers at all levels.
• You will leverage your technical expertise and product knowledge to create tailored solutions that address customer challenges and deliver value.
• You will lead the discovery process by aggregating and interpreting customer data effectively to ensure a clear path for the account team.
• You will coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other high-performing teams.
• You will present compelling Salesforce & partner solutions while supporting relationships with customers and partners.
• You will apply your knowledge of economic, financial, and market trends within the Financial Services industry to identify growth opportunities for customers.
• You will demonstrate proficient knowledge of business challenges in areas such as technology strategy, process, policy, compliance, and legal within Financial Services.
• You will build and nurture strong connections with customers throughout the sales process and beyond, acting as a trusted advisor.
