This role is ideal for a highly experienced and driven professional looking to leverage their technical expertise to drive digital transformation in the Financial Services sector.
- We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer with a strong background in Financial Services to join our dynamic team, focusing on guiding customers through their digital transformation journeys using Salesforce solutions.
In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in developing and driving a compelling multi-cloud transformation vision that aligns with the strategic objectives of the account, engaging key decision-makers. You will lead and coordinate the entire solution cycle, presenting innovative Salesforce and partner solutions while fostering strong customer and partner relationships.
- You will work closely with Account Executives to deeply understand the customer's unique business goals and challenges throughout the sales cycle.
- You will develop and drive a multi-cloud point-of-view that aligns with the strategic vision of the account, navigating operating units and client decision-makers.
- You will clearly articulate the benefits and competitive differentiation of Salesforce solutions to customers at all levels.
- You will leverage your technical expertise and product knowledge to create tailored solutions that address customer challenges and deliver value.
- You will lead the discovery process by aggregating and interpreting customer data effectively to ensure a clear path for the account team.
- You will coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other high-performing teams.
- You will present compelling Salesforce & partner solutions while supporting relationships with customers and partners.
- You will apply your knowledge of economic, financial, and market trends within the Financial Services industry to identify growth opportunities for customers.
- You will demonstrate proficient knowledge of business challenges in areas such as technology strategy, process, policy, compliance, and legal within Financial Services.
- You will build and nurture strong connections with customers throughout the sales process and beyond, acting as a trusted advisor.
