About the Role

The role of a Sales and Delivery Specialist is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent service and support throughout the sales and delivery process.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, educating them about Tesla's products and services, and ensuring their needs are met. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and delivering a memorable experience for customers.

This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for sustainable energy, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary for this role, as well as the ability to obtain any required state licensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales and delivery process.
  • Educate customers about Tesla's products and services, including features, benefits, and available options.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and follow-up.
