Luxury Service Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Service Ambassador to become an integral part of our team. This role is pivotal in upholding our brand's prestige and providing a highly personalised one-to-one client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer interactions, with a flair for creating memorable experiences. Proven track record demonstrates ability to consistently deliver excellent experiences to clients.

  • A proactive approach to ensuring clients receive the highest level of service, enhancing their visit through attentiveness, initiative, and genuine curiosity.
  • Passion for sharing detailed product information and comprehensive service offerings, delivering each interaction with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or as a brand ambassador is highly valued.
  • Ability to work a roster that includes weekends (we are open to full-time or part-time hours).

  • Provide a highly personalised one-to-one client experience.
