High-Volume Blue-Collar Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a temporary professional to assist in finding and hiring top performers for high-volume blue-collar roles.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will excel at managing a large candidate pipeline and quickly filling critical positions. Key responsibilities include:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system (ATS).
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting phone screens and interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
