Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a temporary recruitment specialist to assist in finding and hiring great people for high-volume roles.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at managing large candidate pipelines and quickly filling critical positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source and screen a high volume of candidates efficiently using various platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
