We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a high-volume recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent for various blue-collar roles.
- Manage the recruitment cycle for multiple positions, from posting job openings to extending offers.
- Sourcing and screening candidates efficiently using various platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and an ATS.
