Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary) - High Volume - Inner South East Locatiion

If you enjoy recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep reading We are looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our client find and hire great people for their high-volume blue-collar roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at managing a large candidate pipeline and quickly filling critical positions. They are hiring for a variety of roles including Plumbers, Electricians, Cleaners, Kitchen staff etc and need a skilled recruiter to hit the ground running.

What you will do:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for a large number of blue-collar positions, from posting jobs to extending offers.
  • Source and screen a high volume of candidates efficiently using a variety of platforms.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and an ATS.
