Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels at managing a large candidate pipeline and quickly filling critical positions.

This role involves the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions, from posting jobs to extending offers. You will source and screen a high volume of candidates efficiently using various platforms, conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and an ATS.
