About this role:

Our organization is dedicated to providing regulatory and compliance support for sustainable and transition offerings, commitments, and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting cross-functional stakeholders in rolling out new firm-wide or business initiatives relating to sustainability and transition.
  • Advising Marketing & Distribution Compliance and Business Advisory Compliance on sustainability-related content reviews based on evolving internal standards and applicable regulations.
  • Providing compliance advisory support to sustainable & transition product development, repositioning, disclosures, and/or marketing based on applicable regulations in the region.
  • Contributing to establishing a global sustainability compliance program and framework.
  • Staying abreast of the regulatory landscape, trends, and developments in the APAC sustainability space and sharing knowledge within the organization.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years' experience in financial services, preferably in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Audit.
  • Knowledge of sustainable investing and the asset management landscape.
  • A self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail, with ability to understand complex problems and articulate solutions.
  • A team player with ability to manage projects with cross-disciplinary teams.
