Chief Data Literacy Specialist

This role is crucial for enhancing organizational data literacy by championing, training, and facilitating the data governance program.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in data management, expertise in governance frameworks, policies, and best practices, as well as a solid understanding of data lifecycle management, metadata management, and quality processes.
- Foster a culture driven by data insights and support delivery of measurable business outcomes.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and workflow designs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Experience working across business, IT, and governance teams is also desirable.
Main Responsibilities:- Data Governance: Develop and implement robust governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Data Quality: Design and implement high-quality data processes to ensure reliable data is available for analysis and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, IT, and governance teams to ensure successful program delivery.
