About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of data literacy programs and foster a culture of data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with a strong understanding of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices. They will be responsible for improving organizational data literacy, acting as a champion, trainer, and facilitator for the data literacy program, and fostering a data-driven culture to support the delivery of measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a champion, trainer, and facilitator for the data literacy program.
  • Foster a data-driven culture and support delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise in data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
  • A solid understanding of data lifecycle management, metadata management, and data quality processes.
  • The ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and workflow designs.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, IT, and data governance teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments is desirable.
