Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Carecone

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics
  • Improve organizational data literacy
  • Act as champion, trainer and facilitator for the data literacy program
  • Foster a data driven culture and support delivery of measurable business outcomes
  • Expertise in data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
  • Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, metadata management, and data quality processes
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and workflow designs
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and reporting tools is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, IT, and data governance teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in telecommunications or large scale enterprise environments is desirable
Qualifications
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics (as listed in Responsibilities)
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and workflow designs
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and reporting tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
  • Experience in telecommunications or large scale enterprise environments is desirable
