About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of data literacy programs and foster a culture of data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with a strong understanding of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices. They will be responsible for improving organizational data literacy, acting as a champion, trainer, and facilitator for the data literacy program, and fostering a data-driven culture to support the delivery of measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a champion, trainer, and facilitator for the data literacy program.
Foster a
data-driven culture
and support delivery of
measurable business outcomes.
Expertise in
data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
A
solid understanding of data lifecycle management, metadata management, and data quality processes.
The ability to
translate business needs into technical requirements and workflow designs.
Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and reporting tools
is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management skills,
with experience working across
business, IT, and data governance teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments
is desirable.
Requirements:
8 to 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics.
The ability to
