Responsibilities
8 to 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics
Improve organizational data literacy
Act as champion, trainer and facilitator for the data literacy program
Foster a data driven culture and support delivery of measurable business outcomes
Expertise in data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, metadata management, and data quality processes
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and workflow designs
Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and reporting tools is a plus
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, IT, and data governance teams
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Experience in telecommunications or large scale enterprise environments is desirable
Qualifications
8 to 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics (as listed in Responsibilities)
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and workflow designs
Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and reporting tools
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Experience in telecommunications or large scale enterprise environments is desirable
