About the Role

The successful applicant will oversee student wellbeing, lead staff, and build partnerships with parents and the wider community. They will inspire staff and students, promote student wellbeing, and contribute to the holistic formation of young men in the spirit of Don Bosco.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide educational leadership and guidance to staff and students.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and engagement.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to Catholic education and the Salesian charism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
