As an Assistant Director, you will support the Centre Manager and team to create inspiring environments where children can thrive. You will guide and nurture educators, build strong family partnerships and play a key role in delivering programs that make a lasting difference.

The Role
  • Support the creation of engaging spaces where children can be brave, curious and imaginative.
  • Build relationships with families that are built on trust and understanding.
  • Drive a culture of quality, safety and professionalism within the centre.
  • Develop leadership skills that will prepare you for future Centre Manager opportunities.
  • Contribute to an organisation that prioritises high-quality education and invests its profits back into the community.
Our Centre

Our childcare centre offers bright, airy and clean learning spaces designed around children's age-specific needs and capabilities. Our adventure garden surrounds the centre and connects our learning environments for the children.

What We're Looking For
  • A Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education qualification.
  • Previous leadership experience in a long day-care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, plus a valid Working with Children Check.
