Job Title: Building Construction Trainer and Educator

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver the Diploma in Building and Construction program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and construction, along with relevant training qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver course modules to students in an engaging and structured manner.
  • Assess student submissions, provide detailed feedback, and ensure compliance with training standards.
  • Mentor students to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Manage student records and adhere to industry compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116).
  • Relevant qualifications in building and construction.
  • Industry experience in the building and construction sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in online and/or face-to-face training delivery is desirable.
