Wedding Event Labourer

The wedding industry is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to fill event labour positions.

We are looking for casual event crew/contractors to help bring weddings to life. No prior experience is required, with training provided; however, previous event experience will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • On-site installation, setup, and removal of hire stock including bridal tables, dance floors, flowers, candelabras, candles, etc.
  • Loading and unloading of trucks

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to work weekends and be extremely reliable.
  • Capacity to work late-night packdowns of weddings.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to get to various venues across Sydney.
  • Punctuality and ability to handle stock carefully.
  • Physical fitness, as this role can be physically demanding and high intensity.
  • Holding a current, unrestricted driver's license and having a good driving record.
  • Being an ABN holder is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in installing dance floors or driving a 3T truck may be an advantage.
