- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary, Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
- Schedule appointments, diary management and management of meetings, preparation of meeting and training rooms.
- Assist with the management of all wedding and function bookings with a full understanding of function areas and capacities, efficiently coordinating covers.
- Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house supervisors in the lead up to and during events.
- Assist Management with the planning and execution of large-scale events.
- Maintain a calendar of events and promotions.
- Identify and develop relationships with key wedding and event platforms and vendors.
- Promote and market the venue, developing its public profile and market presence, and identify new opportunities to attract potential clients.
- Ensure all websites and social media platforms are up to date ensuring promotion of weddings and events.
- Be available to work evenings and on weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsbury, NSW 2178: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
