Service Receptionist Opportunity

West Orange Motors

We are seeking a professional and proactive Service Receptionist to join our friendly Service team at West Orange Motors, a leading multi-franchise dealership in the NSW Central West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all service customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the service department reception is presentable and secure at all times, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Perform general administration tasks as required, utilizing Microsoft Office skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Highly trusted and organized individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and identify opportunities for improved ways of working.
  • Pride in work and strong attention to detail, with a current driver's license.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
