About the Position

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our transmission and capital spares management efforts. This is an exciting time in the energy industry, with the transition to renewable energy presenting opportunities for growth and innovation.

Recent government policy documents outline plans to facilitate increasing transmission interconnection between states and development of renewable energy zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of transmission and capital spares from procurement through to disposal, ensuring alignment with asset strategies and maintenance planning.
  • Reduce operational risk, enhance compliance, and drive continuous improvement across spares management.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance across multiple asset streams and stakeholder groups.
About You
  • Extensive experience in electricity transmission systems, including high-voltage equipment across various voltages and asset types.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in warehouse methodologies and planning for critical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, compliance standards, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and operational teams.
