Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team in maintenance activities, including HVAC equipment, electrical equipment, firefighting, fire alarm systems, plumbing activities, and carpentry activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead the operation and maintenance for all mechanical and electrical utilities, including HVAC equipment, diesel generators, and UPS.
- Supervise executing maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive, and corrective activities.
- Issue monthly reports for trouble tickets and preventive maintenance during the month.
- Monitor electrical and chilled water consumption to confirm it meets expectations; investigate any increases.
- Provide spare parts and tools to execute corrective and preventive maintenance and safety equipment.
- Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely.
- Prepare method statements and risk assessments for all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for development, replacement, and renovations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Excellent English language skills (speaking and writing).
