Systems User Experience Designer

As a Systems UX Engineer, you will work within an international multidisciplinary team focusing on the design and development of the Air Traffic Management system. The role is based in Melbourne, Australia.
This position involves participating in co-engineering within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), designing system functions via mock-ups, and considering transversal constraints such as Human Factors, Safety, Performance, and Security.
Key Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with OPS and feature teams, presenting mock-ups to teams and stakeholders, and supporting development processes.
Requirements and Qualifications:- Degree in UX Engineering or a related field
- Postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering are desirable
- At least 5+ years in UX Engineering
- At least 5+ years ergonomic experience
- Experience in Air Traffic Management areas such as Coordination, Surveillance, HMI, Safety Nets, etc.
- Knowledge of Human Factors standards and practices
