As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences, ensuring seamless implementation, and shaping future strategy. You will have a deep understanding of design principles, user research, and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive designs.

This role requires experience building SaaS products in fast-paced startup environments, a firm grasp on design systems and accessibility, and experience designing for complex products in high-growth settings.

  • Develop thoughtful UI and UX that solves user problems and meets business goals independently and collaboratively with other designers.
  • Translate complex problems into innovative design solutions.
  • Provide insightful feedback on product and brand work from other designers.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
  • Hand off designs to engineers and perform design QA for pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, etc.) to align on vision and execution.
  • Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate concepts effectively.
  • Maintain and improve our design system, advocating for accessibility and user-centric principles.
Key Qualifications
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design skills and a user-centric approach.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing complex SaaS products; healthcare or B2B experience is highly valued.
  • Experience working in fast-moving startup environments with a disciplined, research-driven approach.
  • Detailed knowledge of Figma and proficiency with other common design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
  • Contributed to design systems, design operations, and governance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams.
  • Technical awareness to understand how designs are built and collaborate with engineers (coding is not required; HTML, CSS (Tailwind), and React familiarity is a plus).
  • Bonus points for experience with product tools like Linear, Notion, Posthog and Intercom.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, methodologies, and technologies.
