  • Collaboration with Senior UX Designers and interaction with developers, working across both UX and UI phases, are also key aspects of this role.">

The candidate will closely work with Senior UX Designer in an Agile environment.">They will analyze and identify user problems being solved in the next iteration, designing good user experiences to solve them.">Ensuring high-quality responsive UX design is also a key responsibility.">The candidate will be responsible for UX-related work activities.">Minimizing additional effort by designing workflows that leverage existing templates and modules.">Developing visual design concepts and design assets in time for development.">Progressively developing a reusable design style kit for developers to create in HTML and CSS.">Working with dev teams to confirm tech feasibility.">Resolving design issues blocking project delivery for the team.">Helping with enhancements and development of new features from a user experience perspective.">Proactively identifying existing UX issues and providing solutions.">Performing usability testing, interviews, and gathering feedback.">Estimating UX-related works.">Defining and delivering UI wireframes (high and low, UI sketches, and prototypes, both static and interactive).">Contributing towards UX process improvements.">Delivering high-quality UI design of projects in a timely manner.">">

A relevant tertiary qualification at degree level and/or extensive relevant experience.">Advanced knowledge of UX/UI software (Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe Suite, or related tools).">Working knowledge of web and mobile app design best practices, focusing on responsive, adaptive, and fluid design across multiple devices and screen types.">Previous experience working in an Agile environment.">Working knowledge of customer journey mapping.">Experience in creating user flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.">Understanding of user interface design patterns and standard user-centered design methodologies.">Ability to convey ideas via strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.">Ability to manage projects and multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, reacting quickly to changes in direction.">Proficient understanding and working experience of accessibility standards (AAA, AA, etc.).">
