Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our Central Workshop Maintenance team at our mine in Queensland.

  • Maintain plant and equipment to a high level, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.">
  • Undertake troubleshooting, fault finding, breakdown and preventative maintenance on heavy mobile equipment.">
  • Achieve performance targets in compliance with statutory, safety, health, budget and environmental requirements.">

About the Role

">

This is a full-time, permanent position available for an individual with a Mechanical Trade Qualification (Cert III in Engineering - Diesel Fitter or equivalent) and experience with safety management systems.

You will work closely with the team to achieve business objectives, focusing on providing exceptional service and maintaining high-quality equipment.

Requirements

  • Current Australian Manual Drivers Licence.">
  • Minimum of C Class Manual Drivers Licence.">
  • Experience within a mining mobile maintenance operations.">
  • HIA,B, EWP, Forklift, Dogging and Rigging Certificates desirable.">
  • Safety management system experience.">
