Heavy Machinery Technician

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced mechanical technician to join our team as a Resident Plant Mechanic. This role involves working closely with our operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our construction equipment.
About the Job- Perform routine maintenance and repair work on heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment.
- Liaise with other departments to achieve efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements.
- A relevant trade qualification in plant mechanics or a related field.
- Intermediate PC skills and ability to analyze technical data and reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong focus on safety and adherence to site processes.
- Ability to adapt to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads.
