Lead Geotechnical Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mine Engineer to manage the design, analysis, and implementation of mine projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Civil/Geotechnical/Tailings dam design;
- Geotechnical analyses using various software packages;
- Understanding of tailing deposition modelling (Muk3 D)
- Geotechnical and environmental site characterisation;
- Development and management of instrumentation monitoring systems;
- Project/task management and proposal preparation support;
- Preparation of engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, technical specifications;
- Client Development.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a related field;
- At least 8 years of directly relevant experience in a consulting environment;
- Knowledge of relevant geotechnical engineering software;
- Knowledge of numerical modeling tools;
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Field work and overnight travel may be required;
- Valid Australian driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel.
