Our vision is to empower individuals in our communities to live independent and fulfilling lives. We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in the Goodwood 5034 area.

Key Responsibilities:

We will be supporting vulnerable individuals in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for their privacy. You'll review care plans, use an app to track important information, and ensure clients' safety.

Requirements:

- Experience working within the Aged Care sector - Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support would be beneficial.
- Strong desire to help our customers live independently and fulfill their goals
- Friendly personality with good relationship-building skills and respectful of dignity and privacy
- Ability to assist clients with technology and have a current Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role
