Personal Care Assistant

  • This is a unique opportunity to work in aged care, providing assistance with personal care and hygiene, domestic tasks, and care provision in accordance with individualised care plans.
  • You will also be supporting community-based recreational and social activities, as well as transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Requirements:
  • Australian Driver Licence
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check
  • Current Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening
  • Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
  • Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
Working Conditions:

This is a casual ongoing role, meaning no fixed end date. You will be required to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts, Monday through Sunday.

The pay rate varies depending on the shift:

  • Day shift: $35.83 per hour
  • Evening shift: $39.41 per hour
  • Night shift: $40.13 per hour
  • Saturday shift: $50.16 per hour
  • Sunday shift: $57.33 per hour
