As a Support Worker, you will provide essential support and companionship to older adults. You will help them with daily tasks, monitor their health, and create a vibrant and engaging environment that brings smiles to their faces.

Daily Assistance: Help with personal care, domestic assistance, shopping, and more. You will be responsible for providing daily assistance to clients, including helping with personal care, domestic assistance, and shopping.

Monitor Health: Keep an eye on any changes in wellbeing—your watchful eye matters. As a Support Worker, you will monitor the health of our clients and report any changes to our team.

Social Support: Create a vibrant, engaging environment that brings smiles. You will create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages social interaction and builds meaningful relationships.

Fun Activities: Assist with daily tasks and sprinkle some fun into their routines. You will assist clients with daily tasks and help them stay engaged and active.

What You'll Bring: Passionate Helpers: Genuine interest in supporting older adults. Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent or we will accept no qualifications too. Must-Haves: Valid driver's license, reliable car, basic tech skills. Working with Vulnerable People and First Aid/CPR certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain.
