The Position

A Community Manager is responsible for supporting a portfolio of clients owning in high-rise/low-rise residential properties and some commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting attendance and minute taking
  • Preparation of budgets and review of financials
  • Receipt and response to correspondence
  • Providing advice to the Committee
  • The building of sound relationships with the Committees and Owners

About You

Ideally you will have previous strata experience, however you may have a keen interest in the property industry and be looking to showcase your strong interpersonal and administrative skills. Full training and support will be provided by an experienced team to help you succeed.

You will really enjoy working to policies and procedures, as well as possess second to none customer service ethics, problem solving and negotiation skills and be tech savvy.
