About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our team. This role involves working from home and our office, 5 days per fortnight.

Job Description

The successful candidate will maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and act as a trusted advisor on all matters related to Strata. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes and building strong relationships with clients
  • Facilitating and attending Annual General Meetings and other meetings
  • Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
  • Interpreting legislation and enforcing by-laws
  • Maintaining insurance, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with building regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Strata Manager or Trainee Strata Manager
  • Skills in portfolio and/or account management
  • A love for building relationships and anticipating client needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
