Strata Management Role Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of strata properties, encompassing budget planning, maintenance and repair coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with strata legislation and bylaws, fostering effective communication among property owners, tenants, and contractors, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management
  • Strong knowledge of strata and sympathetic industry legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
