Strata Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Body Corporate Manager. As a key member of our strata management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their properties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and distribute meeting notices for Annual General Meetings, Committee Meetings and Voting Outside of Committee Meetings
  • Monitor portfolio meeting requirements and timelines
  • Review and action all Body Corporate enquiries
  • Draft and distribute minutes of meeting and complete action items from meetings
  • E nsure all building information is up to date
  • When required, attend meetings, assist with procedures such as registration and recording of voting
  • E nsure administration agreements are prepared and sent out to designated parties for signature
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the Body Corporate and Community Management legislation to be able to give advise when needed
  • Arrange quotations and repairs for work required
  • P repare agenda's and minutes of meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 year previous experience with a stable background
  • Real estate or hotel sector experience would be highly advantageous for this role
  • Impeccable attention to detail and can deal with high volume work and competing tasks
  • Professional communication skills and presentation
  • S elf motivated and resilient
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to deal with high pressure situations
