Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of employees, subcontractors, and others affected by our work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the Building and Construction Industry and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.

About the Role
  • Ongoing maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of cloud-based Health and Safety management systems
  • Promoting a company-wide Health and Safety culture through continuous improvement
  • Attending and visiting construction sites to monitor compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate safety records, documents, employee licenses, and qualifications
  • Scheduling and delivering internal Health and Safety training
  • Performing and maintaining internal Health and Safety audits
  • Organizing and participating in Company Safety Committee meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Passion for Health and Safety with a strong technical background in the Building and Construction Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and develop strong relationships with staff members
  • Australian citizen with valid Australian Driver's License
