About the Role

A Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through our warehouse into customers' bags. To excel in this position, you'll need a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.

The workstations in our warehouse vary across ambient, chilled, and freezer environments and may include tasks such as decanting items to go into the hive, packing customer orders into bags, and managing empty totes to go back into the hive.

Responsibilities Include

  • Bagging - Putting bags into totes ready to be packed
  • Dekit - Managing empty totes to go back into the hive
  • Tote Washing - Inspecting and cleaning totes
  • Decanting - Removing stock from packaging to go into the hive across ambient, chilled, and freezer stations
  • Picking - Picking and packing customer orders across ambient, chilled, and freezer stations
  • Frame Loading - Managing frames, including loading totes onto frames and moving frames into positions
  • Loading - Moving full frames onto delivery vans and removing empty frames

About You and Your Skills

  • Demonstrate a focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
  • Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Display strong team skills with a willingness to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and during our busy peak periods is essential
  • You'll need to be comfortable working on your own and following set instructions
  • To be active – you'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
