Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR advice to management and staff, coordinate recruitment processes, and develop HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic HR advice to management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Facilitate performance management and talent development initiatives to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports to inform business decisions.
- Comply with relevant legal regulations and industrial agreements to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and handle internal projects.
