Engineering Leadership Opportunity

This challenging role requires a dedicated leader to coordinate and control engineering works for infrastructure projects.

About the Position

You will provide leadership to teams, prioritize completion of outstanding defects, ensure compliance with health and safety policies, and support planning and resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on-site and off-site teams to deliver quality results.
  • Prioritize and complete outstanding defects and initiate corrective actions promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and address issues immediately.
  • Support planning, design suitability, and resource management to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Monitor documentation flow and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and foster teamwork among project participants.
Criteria for Selection
  • 6+ years of experience in infrastructure construction projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Project Engineer role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety requirements.
  • Competent in cost control of projects.
  • Excellent communication and verbal/written skills.
