Growth Marketing Specialist Job Description

This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption, validate new strategies, launch and scale the venture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing growth marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO and SEM
  • Developing and managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation and performance tracking
  • Overseeing online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies and A/B testing to maximize ROI and drive conversions
  • Monitoring and evaluating website analytics, KPIs and campaign metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. Providing reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align growth marketing efforts with overall business goals

The ideal candidate will have a passion for scaling digital products, services and audiences, and experience in growth marketing or user acquisition and growth.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or user acquisition and growth, resulting in increased brand visibility, lead generation and revenue growth
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content and analytics
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation software and content management systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics and event tracking solutions like Mix Panel and AppsFlyer

The successful candidate will be able to interpret data, analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management skills are required, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
