About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the performance, experience and evolution of our website. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving the website's success by making data-driven decisions, managing stakeholders and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and launch new features and improvements.
- Analyze user behavior and metrics to inform product decisions and optimize the user experience.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and ensure alignment.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in digital product management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing digital products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Bonus: Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
