As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering new products and features end-to-end, playing a pivotal part in shaping our digital strategy.

You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to bring innovative ideas to life and drive tangible business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle in an Agile environment – from ideation to delivery and iteration.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to gather insights and align on priorities.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it remains refined and ready for development.
  • Partner with developers, QA, and other team members to deliver on key initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key success metrics for product releases and feature adoption.
  • Take ownership and drive corrective action for initiatives that are not tracking to plan.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner in tech-driven environments.
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • A background working on complex, customer-focused digital products with multiple flows and integrations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – from developers to senior executives.
  • A data-informed mindset – understanding customer needs through data and feedback.
  • Experience working across multiple teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for building exceptional products.
