About this role

We are seeking a skilled ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for resolving IT and technical issues in a timely manner.

You will provide effective support to clients, working closely with team members, managers, and external contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting businesses' IT environments
  • Onsite IT troubleshooting and consulting
  • Responding to inquiries and support tickets
  • Installing software and performing maintenance tasks
  • Working on special IT projects to improve business efficiency
  • Coordinating with internal staff and external contractors

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in RMM Solutions such as Connectwise Automate
  • A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Previous experience in Desktop Support, MS Office Support, Servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange, DNS, DHCP
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant industry certifications are highly regarded

This is a full-time permanent position requiring a valid driving license and the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
