Job Title: Remuneration & Benefits Manager
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance remuneration framework, ensuring job banding and benchmarking remain current.
- Lead annual remuneration review cycle, including developing remuneration models and providing reporting for executive approval.
- Oversee salary surveys, benchmarking, and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Manage benefits program, including negotiations with providers and administration of employee offerings.
- Administer short-term and long-term incentive plans, including employee share schemes.
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
