At Benetas, we're transforming the experience of ageing through collaboration, new ideas and genuine care. We're seeking experienced Payroll Officers to join our Finance Department, based in Hawthorn East with flexible work-from-home arrangements.

The Role
  • Assist in preparing fortnightly payrolls for multiple sites and locations across Victoria.
  • Update and maintain payroll records, including processing variations, new starters, leave, timesheets, Centrelink requests, and information requests.
  • Calculate and process termination payments and correction pays, as well as reconciliations and other complex calculations.

About You

  • You'll have experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of taxation and superannuation legislation.
  • Be systems confident for use of HRIS, electronic timekeeping systems, and related databases.
  • Show a high level of attention to detail and strengths in accuracy.
  • Be able to interpret and apply conditions of employment (Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Contacts of Employment).
