Contingent Workforce Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Contingent Worker Specialist to join our procurement team at Atlassian. As a key member of our global procurement team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our contingent worker program.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the contingent worker program, ensuring compliance and a high-quality business experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement efficiency transformation projects and strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on contingent worker guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor program-level data indicators and service level agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract compliance, delivery, and issue resolution.
- 3+ years of experience in contingent workforce-related roles.
- Detailed understanding of procurement and contingent worker processes.
- Experience writing project summaries and process pages.
- History of collaborating with partners to develop a culture of getting to 'yes'.
- Success with iterating to an outcome.
- Passion for understanding Atlassian's products, customers, culture, and business models.
