Workforce Strategy Specialist

This role involves leading and delivering workforce strategy projects for clients, driving impactful solutions that generate value and results.

  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
  • Client Support: Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations. Build client relationships and guide clients through structured problem solving.
  • Business Development: Identify and support opportunities for growth and advancement.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of workforce strategy and organisational design, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
