Facilitate Customer Experience

Seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service by visiting customers onsite, replenishing vending machines, vendor managed inventory, consignment stock, and onsite stores.

  • Adhere to all WHS policies and procedures
  • Provide face-to-face support at customer sites
  • Travelling to multiple sites for vending machine replenishment and other services
  • Maintain close contact with customers for optimal service levels
  • Conduct stocktakes as per company requirements

Requirements:

  • Customer service or retail experience with warehousing knowledge advantageous
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate reliability
  • Computer literacy and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's vehicle license
