**Job Title:** Project Coordination Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our team at UGL Regional Linx.

 

About the Role:

We are responsible for delivering critical assets and essential services that sustain and enhance the environment in which we live. Our capabilities extend across a broad range of services and whole-of-life solutions for diverse industries, utilising world leading, sustainable and innovative technologies.

 

The successful candidate will coordinate on-site construction engineering activities to achieve project time and budget objectives. This involves assisting the project team in completing work in accordance with the project operating manual and client's expectations of time, cost, safety and environmental objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
  • Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports.
  • Monitor construction progress for adherence to programme and report to the Works Planning Manager.
  • Interpret designs for implementation in construction projects.
  • Contribute to improvements to existing designs.
  • Assist in the review of project budgets and ongoing expenses to ensure financial control remains within acceptable limits of the budget at all stages of the project.
  • Understand the Client's requirements in relation to all Project Plans, Document Control procedures and QA/Environmental requirements in order to meet or exceed their expectations at all times. $10 M Projects.
  • Knowledge of project management structure, plans, specification, standards and implications for project accountabilities.

 

Estimated Salary: AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
