About the Role:

Growthfyi is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Community Ambassador to join our team. As a Community Ambassador, you will be the face of our company in the northern region of the central coast of California, fostering strong relationships with local businesses and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute in-person events to engage with the local community and promote Growthfyi's mission.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners, Yelpers, and other stakeholders to build a strong network of supporters.
  • Partner with local events and organizations to amplify Growthfyi's presence and impact.
  • Act as the online moderator and voice of Growthfyi in the community, ensuring a positive and engaging online presence.
  • Support the local Elite Squad and assist with the Local Yelp newsletter.

Requirements:

  • Reside in San Luis Obispo County and have a deep understanding of the local community.
  • Be passionate about event planning, social media, and public relations.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Be a self-motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Have a flexible schedule and be able to work a minimum of 15-19 hours per week.
  • Meet the eligibility requirements, including being 21+ and having reliable transportation options.
